*from Mammoth-St. Anthony Mine, Tiger, Pinal County, Arizona.
*40 x 26 x 20 overall.

Type Locality. Pale yellow-green crystals laying flat on the matrix. There's two red arrows pointing to the two creaseyites. 

ex: Mineralogical Research Company. Very Rare!
