What a great single crystal of cerussite nestled in a vug of what looks like iron-stained calcite(?). This mine has more than 4,000 feet of workings. The haulage tunnel is about 1,400 feet long. The winze extends 300 feet below the adit and has three levels of drifts at 100-foot intervals. Between 1890-1900, the mine was opened to a depth of 300 feet.
