Azurite & Malachite

A seam of azurite and malachite from sandstone (Dakota age) at from a world famous location. The azurite has slowly altered to malachite. There are 2mm azurite crystals still visible. It is aesthetic on both sides, the back is mostly malachite. While you can still pay to collect at this mine, it makes specimens like this very expensive.
